If you require a rush order outside of the UK (within a week) I may be able to ship your order via faster Express Courier. This can cost between £30 to £70 depending on location and the size of the order. This will also require a contact number. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this option. Please also note that this option is dependent on how busy current dispatch timeframes are.
All purchases of men's or children's items are packaged in a gift box with a tag, ribbon and handwritten note attached. Pet purchases are not gift wrapped (but gift wrapping is available on request).
PLEASE BE AWARE that I am NOT responsible for any customs, VAT or tax charges billed to overseas customers should they need payment before receiving the parcel.
RETURNS INFO:
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus postage costs). Please send the item back, unworn and in it's original condition and original packaging. Please send the item back by a trackable method (where possible) to ensure it reaches me safely. If you are sending the item back from overseas, you MUST mark the parcel as a RETURN to ensure that charges are not incurred. Should there be any charges, these will be taken from the refund total due back to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of me receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
CUSTOM ORDERS: If you have ordered a specific custom design, you will not be entitled to a refund unless there is a fault. However, in some circumstances we may be flexible on this subject (depending if I feel the specifically designed item will work for resale within my shop and its current stock).
